早上起来,想想还剩三个山芋,而且昨天朋友推荐说烤山芋比煮山芋也许更有味,于是打算拿烤山芋当早饭。
把温度调到375华氏度到400华氏度左右,烤了40分钟,熄火后又放在烤箱里放了一会,拿出来一吃,香甜爽口,味美怡人。这是第一次用烤箱烤山芋。
总结一下:下次烤山芋,把温度调到400华氏度,烤30分钟,熄火后再在烤箱里放了一会。Food Basic卖的山芋不错。
[补充说明] 昨天下午烤了三个大山芋,不很成功。估计大山芋需要烤约50分钟才能熟,并且最好中途翻一、两次身比较好。烤完后山芋有收缩痕迹,可以参考网上建议,“先把红薯用微波炉热两分钟”。 2005-05-19 18:57:27

就把红薯洗干净,放在烤箱里,200度烤大概30-40分钟~记得当中去翻翻面~(具体时间,我不确定~因为我通常就往oven里一扔,然后闻到焦甜味了,就去拿出来,就没错了)

a. 我的经验是,先把红薯用微波炉热两分钟,再进烤箱烤,这样红薯不至于水分失去得太快。
b. 就放进去烤,直到筷子可以一下戳进去,我刚烤好3个,……我一般放在350度左右,就扔在里面,什么也不包,时间么看大小了……等闻到香味,再等点时间,应该差不多

Sweet ‘n’ Spicy Oven Yam Fries
Kids will gobble these up!
3 medium sized yams, scrubbed clean and cut into french fries
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp sea salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cayenne pepper (or less, to taste)
Preheat oven to 425 F.
In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except the yams. Add the yams to the oil mixture and toss thoroughly. Spread the yams out onto to baking sheets so that they lay in an even single layer. Roast these in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until browned and crispy, turning frequently.
Serves 4-6 hungry people.
